Do you take care of council approval and plans ? Yes we take care of the whole process from drawing the plans, lodgement with local council and other authorities. We follow the application through council to the final. Do we need an architect or draughtsman ? No we have our own draughtsman and design team, but if you have your own plans we will certainly use them. Is the price likely to go up during the course of the job ? No we have a fixed price contract the only time that the job price would increase is if the client made changes or variations to the contract. How long will the job take to complete ? Generally most jobs are completed in 12-16weeks, however it does depend on the size of the job. Will we need to move out during construction ? We will endeavour to keep your home as habitable as possible with a minimum of disruption to you.
